Kim Wilkie

Kim WilkieKim Wilkie read Modern History at Oxford, before taking a Masters in Landscape Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley, where he still lectures.

Kim set up his own landscape architecture practice, Kim Wilkie Associates, in 1989. Projects have ranged from the Thames Landscape Strategy to the newV&A Garden and the Richmond Floodscape Project.

Kim has won several awards for his work in both England and America and he is a Member of the Landscape Institute and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Kim has advised various national committees on landscape policy in the UK, including the Secretary of State’s Thames Advisory Group; the National Trust; the Royal Parks Agency; English Heritage and the Mayor of London.

Kim farms a small holding on the Hampshire Downs.
